1. Strictly prohibit the illegal acceptance or giving of gifts, gift money, electronic red envelopes, shopping cards, high-end cigarettes and alcohol, "exorbitantly priced mooncakes," crab cards, or crab vouchers as festival offerings.
2. Strictly forbid improper dining and drinking, especially practices like "using official letters for meals," "hosting meals paid by business owners," or "accepting meals from subordinates." Also, strictly prohibit extravagant and wasteful official hospitality, including exceeding standards or expanding the scope of receptions.
