In December 2020, the Diqing Prefecture People's Government awarded our scenic area the honorary title of "Model Collective for Ethnic Unity and Progress in the Prefecture"; in September 2021, the CPC Diqing Prefecture Committee and the Diqing Prefecture People's Government awarded our scenic area the honorary title of "Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Model Unit for Ethnic Unity and Progress"; in December 2021, the Yunnan Provincial Religious Affairs Committee awarded our scenic area the honorary title of "Provincial Model Unit for Ethnic Unity and Progress"; on December 4, 2023, it was named "Diqing Prefecture's First Batch of Tourism Promotion Practice Demonstration Base for Ethnic Exchanges, Communication and Integration" by the CPC Diqing Prefecture Committee and the Diqing Prefecture People's Government.
